Agasthi Premium 10mL offers two textures to handle different needs. One type provides a soft, natural look, while the other gives firm support for shaping.
Premium-S is designed for soft volume and smooth body contours. Premium-H provides firm projection and long-lasting structural support. Both come in a 10mL pre-filled syringe, intended only for professional use.
One technology, two textures
Both versions use high-purity, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (20mg/mL). They are made without animal ingredients, which helps them work well with human tissue. The hyaluronic acid raw material comes from sources registered with the FDA and EDQM.
MSFT (Multiple Swelling Formulation Technology)
Instead of heavily cross-linking the gels, Agasthi blends hyaluronic acid gels with different swelling capacities. This approach results in:
* Fewer cross-linking agents, with residual BDDE below 2ppm.
* Higher hydrophilicity, meaning the gel holds water for a natural, hydrated look.
* Strong adhesion and cohesion within the tissue, so the gel stays in place and integrates smoothly.
* Low endotoxin and reduced protein levels, which decrease the chance of allergic reactions.
* Resistance to enzyme breakdown, with tests showing it lasts well in the body.
* Smooth and consistent injection force when used with a 21–23G needle.
Agasthi Premium-S 10mL: Soft
This product is for soft volume and natural contouring. Premium-S is a soft, flexible gel that feels like natural tissue. It spreads evenly without clumping, allowing the filler to blend smoothly with the skin. Use it when you want gentle volume, smooth transitions, and a soft, realistic feel.
It's best for the upper breast, upper arms, and fine body line smoothing. It can also be used for nasolabial folds, jawline, nose bridge, forehead and glabella lines, and lips.
It typically lasts 8–12 months.
Agasthi Premium-H 10mL: Hard
This product is for structural augmentation and firm projection. Premium-H is a firmer gel with a higher storage modulus (G'). It acts like a support structure under the skin and resists changes in areas affected by gravity. Choose it when you need lift, definition, and results that last longer.
It's best for structural body contouring, breasts and arms, facial augmentation, and deep or stubborn facial wrinkles.
It typically lasts 10–18 months.
