Payment

How payment works

All orders are submitted online through this website. Once we receive your order, one of our consultants contacts you to confirm the products, quantities, shipping method and the final total before any payment is taken.

Card payment

After your order is finalised, we send you a secure payment link. You can pay by card through that link. We never take card details by phone or email.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is also available. Your consultant will send the account details together with your final invoice. Orders paid by transfer are dispatched once the funds clear.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Clinics, distributors and professional buyers ordering in volume are quoted individually. See the wholesale page for what to include in your enquiry.
