The Replengen range
Replengen Fine
Replengen Fine is the light gel, made for shallow lines rather than volume. It is used around the eyes, on the forehead and neck, and in the perioral area — places where the skin is thin and a heavy gel would announce itself. Two 30G needles are supplied. Beyond the mechanical filling, Fine is often chosen for its hydrating effect on the surrounding skin, which is why it turns up in treatment plans aimed at texture as much as at wrinkles. Stated duration is six to twelve months.
Replengen Deep
Replengen Deep is the longest-lasting product in the line, with a stated duration of twelve to eighteen months, and it is the one built for moderate to severe folds. Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, forehead and frown lines, lip augmentation and chin definition all sit inside its range. It ships with a 27G needle. The homogeneous gel structure earns its keep here: placing a dense filler into deeper planes is where an inconsistent gel causes trouble, and Deep is formulated to go in evenly.
Replengen Volume
Replengen Volume is the contouring gel, supplied with a 25G needle for placement in the mid to deep dermis. It is used to add volume and shape rather than to erase a line — cheekbone projection, chin definition, restoring facial proportion where the underlying support has thinned. Stated duration is six to twelve months. If Deep is the product for folds, Volume is the product for shape.
How to choose
Concentration is constant across the line at 24 mg/ml, so choose on density and indication. Note that Deep, not Volume, is the longest-lasting product here — the ranking is by formulation rather than by position on the density scale, which is worth knowing when planning a treatment interval.
