What to include in your message

To get a fast, accurate answer, tell us the product or brand you are interested in, the quantity you need, and the country and city we would be shipping to. If you are ordering as a clinic or distributor, mention that too — wholesale pricing is different from the prices shown on the site.

Ordering and payment

All orders can be submitted online. One of our consultants then contacts you to confirm the order and sends a secure payment link where you can pay by card. Bank transfer is also available. Full details are on our Payment page.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Seoul. Processing takes 24–48 hours depending on the product, and delivery to the United States is typically 2–3 days. For the USA we provide a dedicated service with customs clearance guaranteed. We also ship regularly to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and other European countries.
