P198 ExoHealer Filcore is a two-part booster system made by a Korean manufacturer. Nothing in the range works on its own.
That design exists for a practical reason. P198 ExoHealer Filcore HB Plus
The HB presentation, also 2 ml + 5 ml x 5 pairs, and the one directed at the scalp rather than facial skin. It carries the same USC1994-CM conditioned media at 990,000 ppm, but the growth factor set differs: EGF, VEGF, IGF, KGF and Noggin in place of GDF11 and TIMP20. Clinics running a hair and scalp service usually stock HB Plus alongside one of the skin presentations.

The carrier, supplied as 5 ml x 10 vials. It is not a filler liquid — it is a formulated solution of 22 amino acids, 13 vitamins, 7 peptides, 4 antioxidants, SOD antioxidant enzymes and hyaluronic acid, which means it contributes actives of its own as well as bringing the powder into solution.
