We list Rejeunesse as made by a Korean manufacturer. The brand is widely attributed in the trade to a Seoul-based filler producer, but we have not been able to corroborate the company name from a source that is not a reseller listing, so we do not name one here. What is documented on the packaging is straightforward: manufactured in South Korea, 36-month shelf life, supplied in pre-filled 1.1 ml syringes.

The Rejeunesse range
Rejeunesse Fine
The lightest of the three cross-linked fillers. Fine is placed superficially for periorbital lines, frown lines, fine perioral wrinkles and light contouring of the face, neck and lips. It is the code you want where the skin is thin and any excess firmness would be visible. The manufacturer quotes eight to twelve months of correction, with the result settling over the first two to four weeks.
Rejeunesse Shape
The middle viscosity and the most versatile code in the family. Shape handles facial contouring and volume augmentation, moderate folds, and lip augmentation where you want definition without heaviness. If a clinic stocks only one Rejeunesse syringe, it is normally this one, because it covers more indications than either neighbour.
Rejeunesse Deep
The firmest gel, formulated for the mid to deep dermis. Deep is for stubborn static wrinkles and folds — glabellar lines, deep brow creases, pronounced nasolabial folds — and for volumising where the tissue needs real support. Same HA concentration and same lidocaine as the rest of the line; the difference is cross-link density and how much deformation the gel resists.
Rejeunesse Sparkle
The outlier, and the reason the range is worth stocking whole. Sparkle drops the HA concentration to 20 mg/ml and is designed to work as both a superficial wrinkle filler and a hydrating mesotherapy product — perioral lines, glabella, crow's feet, plus general moisture in dry or sun-damaged skin. It ships as three 2.5 ml syringes per box and is intended as a course rather than a single visit, which puts it closer to our skin booster category in practice than to the filler codes above it.
How to choose
Fine, Shape and Deep are the same gel at three firmness levels; Sparkle is a different proposition entirely. Choose by placement depth and by whether you are correcting a line or treating skin.

Duration across Fine, Shape and Deep is quoted at eight to twelve months, with Sparkle around six. Storage and shipping
Rejeunesse is stored sealed between 2 and 25°C, out of direct sunlight, and must not be frozen. Shelf life is 36 months from the manufacturing date. Syringes leave us in sealed original cartons with needles and lot labelling intact, with the great majority of shelf life remaining.
