Liporase Hyaluronidase

$47.90

Liporase Hyaluronidase is a specialized enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers that may have been injected incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly. It is also utilized in emergency situations where filler has inadvertently entered an artery, causing vascular occlusion.

Key Features

  • Targeted Dissolution: Effectively breaks down hyaluronic acid in dermal fillers.
  • Emergency Use: Can be crucial in cases of filler-related vascular complications.

Composition

  • Each Box Contains: 10 vials
  • Each Vial: 1,500 I.U. of hyaluronidase, to be mixed with 1-3 ml of saline.

Uses of Hyaluronidase Injection

  1. Dissolving Fillers: Injected into the area of concern to dissolve unwanted hyaluronic acid from dermal fillers.
  2. Enhancing Lipodissolving Injections: Can be combined with fat-melting cocktails to improve efficacy.
  3. Improving Local Anesthetic Diffusion: Often mixed with local anesthetics to enhance their spread in the tissue.

Instructions for Use

  1. Preparation: Mix 3 cc of saline with 1 vial of hyaluronidase.
    • This mixture can dissolve approximately 3 cc of hyaluronic acid.
  2. Injection: Administer the solution into the area where the filler needs to be dissolved, often along with lidocaine (and sometimes epinephrine) for comfort.
  3. Post-Procedure Care:
    • The hyaluronic acid will begin to dissolve immediately and will be absorbed by the body within a few hours.
    • Massage the treated area for 15 minutes daily for 7 days.
    • Apply hot packs after massage to enhance results.

Caution

  • Allergic Reactions: Some individuals may experience allergic reactions, particularly those with allergies to bee stings.
