Where the standard Filcore SB vial is the everyday option, SB Plus carries a declared conditioned media concentration and a broader growth factor set, and is supplied as matched vial pairs rather than single vials.
Each box holds five pairs: a 2 ml vial and a 5 ml vial, intended to be prepared together at the point of treatment. That pairing is the practical difference from the standard product - the dose arrives as a matched set rather than something the practitioner assembles from stock.
