Miracle is a Korean skin booster range built on polycaprolactone. PCL is a biodegradable polymer, and it works on a different principle from the hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide products that dominate the booster category: instead of holding water or supplying nucleotides, it is placed as a colloid suspension and prompts the tissue to lay down its own collagen around it over the following months. That makes the range slower to show its result and longer to hold it.
Three of the four products are PCL-based and separated by concentration and by whether hyaluronic acid is blended in. The fourth, Touch BR, has nothing to do with PCL at all — it is a peptide brightening solution, and it exists in the range because clinics almost always run pigment work alongside collagen work on the same client.
All four products are manufactured in South Korea and supplied in 2 ml vials, though box counts differ. These are professional-use products intended for administration by trained practitioners; several are also used with microneedling devices rather than by needle alone.
The Miracle range
Miracle L
The base PCL vial at 2 ml, placed intradermally for hydration and collagen rejuvenation. It is the entry point to the range and the one most often run as a straightforward course on skin that has lost firmness and tone. Because PCL builds gradually, Miracle L is bought as a multi-session commitment rather than a one-visit product.
Miracle Touch Up
PCL at 10%, supplied as 2 ml x 5 vials per box — the course-sized presentation. Touch Up is the general rejuvenation workhorse: fine lines, wrinkles, sagging or dry skin, uneven texture and post-acne marks. It is also the product most commonly delivered with an MTS or microneedling roller rather than by injection, which is why the box is sized for repeated sessions.
Miracle H (1 vial)
PCL at 20% blended with hyaluronic acid, 2 ml, one vial per box. The doubled PCL concentration is the point: Miracle H is the stronger member of the family, aimed at cheeks and the zygomatic region, the lower ear zone and submental area, and general facial lifting. The hyaluronic acid gives an immediate hydration effect that the plain PCL vials do not. Its single-vial packaging suits clinics that want to trial it or use it as a targeted add-on.
Miracle Touch BR
The brightening vial, 2 ml, and the only non-PCL product in the range. It combines three biomimetic peptides — Oligopeptide-50, Oligopeptide-34 and Oligopeptide-51 — with the Whitening Boosting Complex XT80, niacinamide and vitamin C, all directed at melanin synthesis and pigment. It is used for hyperpigmentation, age spots, freckles and uneven tone, and is designed to work with MTS and dermarollers as well as by needle. Clinics routinely pair it with Touch Up in the same course.

A typical stocking pattern is Touch Up as the course product, Miracle H for clients wanting a firmer lifting effect, and Touch BR added wherever pigment is a complaint. Because PCL is a stimulator rather than a volumiser, none of these replace a dermal filler where projection or contour is needed. Session counts, delivery method and placement should follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the box.
Storage and shipping
Miracle vials are kept sealed and stored refrigerated at 2–8 °C, away from light, and must not be frozen. Touch BR in particular carries a stated 2–8 °C storage requirement on the carton.
