If you asked a Korean clinic manager to name the toxin they order most often, Botulax would come up more than any other. The formulation is identical, so this is a throughput decision and nothing more. An opened vial has a limited working life, and product discarded at the end of the day costs more than the saving on the bigger box.
Where Botulax sits against the alternatives
Botulax is the volume choice. Clinics that want an albumin-free formulation usually look at Coretox or Rentox instead, and those that would rather skip reconstitution altogether go to Innotox, which ships as a ready-to-use liquid.
