Because the HA is not cross-linked it disperses and is metabolised faster than a filler gel, so it is run as a short course rather than a single visit — NeoGenesis suggests around three sessions four weeks apart, with results in the three to five month range. Regenovue PN 3.0 ML
The regenerative product in the family. Regenovue PN combines non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg with cross-linked polynucleotide at 5 mg in a 3 ml syringe. Polynucleotide is salmon-derived DNA fragment material used to support tissue repair and the fibroblast collagen network rather than to add volume. It is placed superficially and, like Aqua Shine, works as a course. Where Aqua Shine hydrates, PN is aimed at skin barrier and texture over a longer horizon.
How to choose
The first question is whether you are correcting shape or treating skin. Fine Plus and Deep Plus are cross-linked gels that occupy space; Aqua Shine and PN are not fillers at all and will not hold a contour.
