SeDy Fill is a large-volume hyaluronic acid body filler — the same class of material as a facial filler, but supplied in quantities that make sense for the buttocks, hips, calves and other areas where a 1.1 ml syringe is irrelevant. Sedy Line is not a filler at all; it is a lipolytic solution designed to reduce fat and improve the appearance of the tissue over it. Maypharm announced SeDy Fill publicly as a hyaluronic acid body filler, and the formulation reflects the application: pharmaceutical-grade sodium hyaluronate at high purity and high viscosity, because a gel intended to hold shape across a large area under body weight has to resist deformation far more than a facial gel does. The active is hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/ml.

SeDy Fill – 10 cc
SeDy Fill in the 10 cc syringe is the smaller, more controllable presentation and the one clinics reach for when the target area is modest or the treatment is being staged across sessions. It carries hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/ml, chosen for its water-binding capacity as much as for bulk — hyaluronic acid holds many times its own weight in water, and in body work that translates into skin quality alongside volume. It suits smaller contour corrections and cases where a practitioner wants to build gradually.
Sedy Fill 60 ml
SeDy Fill in the 60 cc format is the bulk presentation, supplied as one 60 cc vial with three syringes in the box so the material can be drawn and delivered without improvising. This is the format for genuine body-volume work, where 10 cc would not move the needle. Same high-purity, high-viscosity formulation; a completely different scale of treatment. Clinics doing regular buttock or hip contouring buy this rather than stacking small syringes, and the per-cc economics are the reason.
Sedy Line
Sedy Line is the lipolytic in the family, supplied as a 60 ml vial. It is built around sodium deoxycholate, the bile salt that emulsifies fat, and supported by carnitine for fat metabolism, Centella asiatica extract for the skin over the treated area, Juglans regia seed extract, and vitamin B12. Maypharm frames it as a three-part action: breaking down fat, clearing the resulting waste, and discouraging cellulite from re-forming. Unlike SeDy Fill, it is stored at room temperature and used immediately after opening.
How to choose
The choice is not really between the three — it is between adding volume and removing it. SeDy Fill adds; Sedy Line reduces. Within SeDy Fill, the decision is purely one of scale.

Sedy Line is stored at room temperature in a dry, dark, ventilated place, and the vial should be used immediately once opened rather than retained.
